Chief Executive Officer
Welcome to the Epsilon Sigma chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta here at UCI!! I’m Erika and I am a second year Nursing major. As Chief Executive Officer, I proudly sit on all boards and committees to ensure my chapter is being the best it can be. I lead the chapter with 7 amazing, beautiful women who, together, are determined to make a lasting impact. I remember going through fall recruitment my freshman year and immediately feeling at home when I entered the Theta house. The conversations I had there were so heartfelt and genuine and the girls were just the same! This organization opened my eyes to what being Greek really means: A promise to better yourself into the best person you can be so you can better your community. I am inspired by the quality of women in my chapter every day! Lastly, Theta has gifted me with some of the fondest memories and dearest friends, including sleepovers with my big, twin and littles and riding rollercoasters with my fellow adrenaline seekers.
Hi! My name is Julia and I am Epsilon Sigma’s Chief Financial Officer. As the CFO, I am responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the chapter, creating the quarterly/annual budgets, billing chapter membership dues, and writing out all chapter expenses to help bring the visions of the executive board to life! I never pictured myself joining a sorority, but now I cannot imagine my college experience without it. Although we have many big events, some of my most cherished memories are the little moments together such as singing our hearts out in the car, windows down, not caring who hears. Theta has given me a support system of strong, successful women who inspire me to be the best that I can each day. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for the Epsilon Sigma chapter!

Chief Recruiting Officer
Hi! I’m Muskaan and I’m a third-year Biological Sciences major! As the Chief Recruiting Officer, I have the honor of working with an amazing group of women on the Executive Recruitment Board. My position deals with all things recruitment from the songs we sing to planning out each day to make it as special as possible for PNMs! When it comes to choosing a favorite Theta memory, I just have too many too count! I love grabbing shabu with my sisters, getting our nails done together, trying to learn how to ice skate as I fall and they help me back up, or just spontaneous trips to Coachella! You can always catch me studying at the house or watching Rupaul’s Drag Race with my little!
Chief Administrative Officer
Hello! My name is Jady and I am Epsilon Sigma’s Chief Administrative Officer. I am so honored to be able to lead my sisters to strive for greatness. As CAO, I perform administrative tasks such as updating the chapter roster, revising bylaws, and making sure all officers are doing the best job they can do! Being a part of Theta has helped so much in the growth of my leadership and individuality. Having these amazing leading women in my life has had such a positive impact on me and I can’t wait for what this year has in store! Every day is a chance for a new favorite Theta memory, but my personal favorite is being able to live in the Theta house, where we can talk all night, go on random food trips, and cram for exams together. Each day is a blessing and I’m so grateful to say it’s all because of Theta. TLAM.
Chief Panhellenic Officer
Hey hey hey! My name is Pauline, and I am this year’s Chief Panhellenic Officer! As CPO, I work with other Panhellenic women to serve and represent our Panhellenic chapters to the best of our ability. Joining Kappa Alpha Theta was not something I anticipated when I began college, but it is something that I will forever be grateful for. Theta has given me a space to grow not only as an individual, but as a leader, a friend, a sister, and a daughter. It has given me countless memories, an unending support system, and my forever friends. From late nights studying at the house to back-to-back concert weekends, and fam dinners at our favorite shabu place, it is never a dull time when I’m with my Thetas. I am so excited to see what this year has in store for Epsilon Sigma! TLAM!
Chief External Affairs Officer
Hello! My name is Ariana Natalie Ramirez, and I’m a second-year Criminology, Law & Society major. I am ecstatic to be this year’s Epsilon Sigma’s Chief External Affairs Officer. As CEAO, I have the opportunity to feature and share the members of our chapter. I’m able to market and promote creative content, assist in fundraising for our philanthropy and reaching out to the community. I joined Theta winter quarter my freshmen year, so it has been a significant part of my college experience. All the driven, leading women around me inspire me to be the best I can be. I’m grateful to call Theta my home, with sisters who love and support me. I am humbled to have this opportunity. TLAM!
Chief Operations Officer
Hello! my name is Taylor and I am the Chief Operations Officer for the Epsilon Sigma chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta here at UCI! As COO I lead the Risk management and prevention team, I am the head of the Membership Development Committee and I also oversee and help plan different events such as sisterhood events, our annual retreat, exchanges and our quarterly formal! Joining Greek life here at UCI has benefitted me in more ways than I can imagine. It is here in Greek life that I have met my best friends and my greatest supporters. From food runs at midnight, studying in the library all hours of the day and just the simple times of being together and enjoying each other’s company, I don’t know where I would be without the positive influence of these women in my life. In addition, I have been able to branch out in leadership roles and learning how to become a better and more effective leader. These are skills I will cherish for the rest of my life and will help me to better myself for future internships, jobs and beyond.
Chief Learning Officer
Hi there! My name is Tatjana Kelly and I am so excited to be this year's Chief Learning Officer. As CLO, I have the opportunity to help new members transition into our chapter. I get to collaborate with the New Member Director, Ritualist, and Scholarship Director who organize weekly meetings for new members, help educate the sisters of our Theta traditions and promote academic excellence. Coming into college, I didn't know anyone and wasn't sure where I would find my place in such a large University. I signed up for recruitment just to see if it was for me, and it was the best decision I could have made for myself. Theta has really given me the love and support I was looking for outside of my hometown I am so proud to be a part of such a wonderful organization that has opened up so many doors for my future and memories I'll cherish forever. These women that makeup Theta inspire me every day to be the best version of myself and I can not wait to see what this year has in store!
